Johnnie Mae Phillips Park
Google maps shows how the park previously looked:
The Johnnie Mae Phillips Park (formerly 17th & Vine) is located in Milwaukee's Triangle North neighborhood. The appropriately-named neighborhood follows West Fond Du Lac Avenue, and includes North 20th Street and West Walnut Street as its bordering streets. Triangle North is about a mile north of Marquette University and about two miles from downtown Milwaukee. Johnnie Mae Phillips Park is a city pocket park that has been a part of the neighborhood for generations. If you'd like more information on this park, please contact Joe Kaltenberg, MKE Plays Program Coordinator, at [email protected] or 414-286-8532.
