Registration Guidelines
Eligibility

The event is open to youth from elementary school through college age (college enrollment not required).

Individual as well as group registration (school, club, or organization) is available.
Group Registration & Chaperones

One adult chaperone is required per 10 youths.

Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older.

Chaperones are responsible for supervising their group throughout the event.
Parent or Guardian Consent (Required for Minors)

A parent or guardian must complete the Minor Registration Form including the Parental/Guardian Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement for their child under age 18, even if the child is attending with a group or organization.

Minor participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (if not attending with a group).

By registering a minor for this event, the parent or guardian confirms that they consent to the child's participation and understand the event guidelines.
Individual Registration (Adults)

Youth aged 18 and over, parents, and chaperones must complete the Adult Registration Form even if they have already completed a Minor Registration From on behalf of their child or previously registered a Group.
