Common Council
There is a $500.00 scholarship available to assist our college bound recent high school graduates in the Milwaukee area to better understand where their paths lead. We hope that this contest will help our youth appreciate the sacrifice that African-American men and women of our past have made, and recognize their duty to continue the legacy of freedom through their activism and vigilance.
