The Dr. James G. White 6th District Difference Makers Awards are intended for individuals or groups that work diligently to improve and strengthen the quality of life for themselves, their neighborhood, and the City of Milwaukee.
 

THE PROCESS
 


Six awards are presented as follows:

(4) to residents of the 6th district
(1) to a community organization
(1) to a block club





Honorees are announced in January during Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs'
6th District Town Hall Meeting.

 

 

 

Nomination forms are available for download on this website or you can receive a hard copy via USPS mail by caling the 6th District office (414) 286 - 2994.

Forms are accepted until close of business on the designated deadline day.
