Board of Zoning Appeals hearings are held in Room 301-A of City Hall unless otherwise noted. City Hall is located downtown at 200 E. Wells St. In addition to metered on-street parking, several parking ramps are located nearby.
Please note that the application deadline dates given are only approximate. Board staff requires approximately 4 to 6 weeks to process a routine application. Depending on the individual circumstances surrounding an application, more or less time may be required. These dates should be used as a guideline only -- unfortunately, no guarantees are being expressed.
