Department of City Development
The Department of City Development worked with the Granville Business Improvement District to develop a Land Use Study and Strategic Action Plan to guide investment and development within the Granville neighborhood, with a particular focus on the Brown Deer Road and 76th Street Corridors. On September 26, 2017, the Granville Strategic Action Plan and Land Use Study was adopted by the Common Council as an amendment to the Northwest Side Area Plan.
