Northwestern Mutual Project

| Northwestern Mutual has announced a major project for their downtown campus. A new office tower will rise in place of one their existing office buildings. In conjunction with this project, a new Tax Incremental Financing District has been created, of which a portion of its funds will help to pay for Lakefront Gateway improvements. |

833 East Michigan Office Building

| 833 East Michigan Street is a 358,000 square foot, 17 story Class A office building that has begun construction. The building will be LEED certified, connected to the US Bank Galleria by skywalk, include 444 parking spaces, and a have a first floor restaurant on Michigan Street. |

Transit Center Redevelopment
South of Clybourn Development Site
| The interstate Lincoln Memorial Drive on and off ramps will “tuck under” the existing fly-over ramps connecting the Hoan to 794 (east-west). As a result of the ramp relocation, a new building site is being created where the ramps and surface parking lots now exist in the northern part of the Lake Interchange. |
