Americans with Disabilities Act: Celebreate the 36th Anniversary!
Join Independence First, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, and Visit Milwaukee as we commemorate the 36th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act! This in-person event will include remarks from city leaders, breakfast, a resource fair, and a chance to connect with others who support disability rights.

- Hear remarks from Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson and Equal Rights Commission Chair Tony Snell Rodriguez, among others
- Explore assistive technologies on display, a sensory room, and other accessibility features
- Learn about resources from the Milwaukee Fire Department, Public Library, Aging & Disability Resource Center, Independence First, and more!
