Greywolf Partners Inc. is a full service real estate company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Greywolf Partners takes an individualized approach to serving each client’s best interests and prides themselves on being an integral part of their clients' real estate solutions and success. The company offers asset and property management, consulting, development, brokerage and leasing support, and engineering services.

Greywolf Partners manages a diverse portfolio including 739 residential and senior living units and over 3.2 million square feet of commercial properties throughout the Midwest. Greywolf Partners has pledged five local buildings that they either own or manage to the Milwaukee Better Buildings Challenge, including:

We are concerned about energy management in all of our properties, so when we heard about the resources available through the Milwaukee Better Buildings Challenge we pledged several of our own buildings. By doing so, we hope to motivate our tenants to become more energy efficient and our clients to pledge their properties as well.

Honey Creek Corporate Center

  • t8s - replaced all previous lighting in Honey Creek IV with t8s in 2013
  • LEDs - replaced t8s in Honey Creek IV common areas and in Greywolf Partners' office suit with LEDs in 2017
  • LEDs - LEDs in the basement of the Corporate Center, plus replaces old light bulbs with LEDs as existing tenants move out before new ones move in
  • LED highlighting and uplights in the parking lot - replaced existing high pressure sodiums in 2014/2015 and received financing through the City based on the energy savings

Executive V Center

  • LED lighting in the parking lot - in 2017, all the exterior and underground lights were replaced with LEDs

  • Building Automation System (BAS) - including for HVAC & lighting

  • Green and Blue Roof - sustainable technology that reduces roof temperatures to save energy and temporarily stores rainwater

  • Solar - powers the water fixtures (i.e. faucets and toilets) in the common baths by soaking up the lighting in the room

Future Plans

Greywolf Partners, Inc. plans to continue engaging their tenants in energy efficiency and encouraging their clients to pledge their buildings to the Better Buildings Challenge.
