Join speakers from the Milwaukee ECO, Slipstream, Focus on Energy, and Green Homeowners United as they go over how to layer in a mixture of utility incentives, federal dollars and commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) to get multifamily projects done in Milwaukee and around the state. - Receive $1,500 to $10,000 per unit for energy saving improvements on your building - Receive $450 per unit for construction of new efficient, affordable multifamily housing - Grants can cover insulation, air sealing, efficient water heaters, HVAC systems, electrical panels and more! Who qualifies: - Multifamily building owners that achieve energy savings of 20-35% - For electrical upgrades, multifamily building owners with tenants earning up to 150% of AMI (Area Median Income) Reasonable accommodations provided for persons with disabilities upon request.
