2027 Open Enrollment begins on October 19!
We are excited to invite you to participate in the City of Milwaukee’s 2027 Open Enrollment Fairs!
The Annual Open Enrollment period runs Monday, October 19 through Friday, October 30, 2026, and we will be hosting five (5) enrollment fairs across multiple City locations.
We warmly encourage you to join us at the fairs to connect directly with the City Benefits Partners. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about services, ask any questions, and engage with our
Benefits Team during one of the most important benefit decision-making periods of the year.

Women's Health Resources
Midi Health (Virtual Menopause Specialist Care): Personalized, evidence-based menopause care from OB-GYNs and menopause specialists via telehealth.
Visana (Menopause Wellness Support): Virtual care and support designed for women experiencing menopause symptoms.
Mental Health Resources

UHC External EAP (24/7): Call 888-887-4114 for behavioral health referrals, legal, and financial resources. Virtual behavioral health visits are also available.
