City Milwaukee Municipal Court Logo

"The mission of the municipal court is to impartially adjudicate ordinance violation cases such that legal rights of individuals are safeguarded and public interest is protected."

Remember: you can come to Court during Walk-In hours, 5 days a week, to see a Judge about outstanding warrants, driver's license suspensions and vehicle registration denials.

If you are hoping to reinstate your driver’s license,

DON’T WAIT

It currently takes up to 14 days for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation

to process reinstatement orders.

You need a valid license in order to drive legally,

so be sure to come to Court at least 14 days before you need to drive!
