ITMD's New IT Support Ticket Management System

Introducing ServiceDesk Plus

ITMD is transitioning to a new IT support desk system called ServiceDesk Plus. All new IT support requests will be created in the new ServiceDesk Plus system.

As of 12/13/2022, the old RITS system will not support the creation of new tickets. You can access the old RITS system to monitor or close your existing support tickets.

If you have any issues accessing either of the links below or do not have a City of Milwaukee account, you can submit an IT Support ticket by emailing [email protected]. Once sent, you will receive a reply email with your ticket information.
