May is Mental Health Awareness month. Mental health is critical to our overall well-being and quality of life. Our goal is to reduce the related stigma, promote early intervention and encourage individuals to seek help.
Each week in May we are highlighting mental health services available to City employees and their families, including the City's own free onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The City's onsite EAP offers confidential counseling/consultation, assessment and referral services for employees and families when they need help navigating any work or personal situation affecting their life.
Contact the City's Onsite EAP Coordinator, Cris Zamora, at 414-286-3145 or [email protected] for additional information.
