SanitationServices

Sanitation Services provides garbage and recycling collection for approximately 200,000 households. Apartment buildings with units of five or more have the option of receiving trash collection services from Sanitation for the full cost of service or from a private vendor. The City of Milwaukee provides recycling service to single-family through four-unit households only.

Please submit your request online for the following services:

Missing or damaged garbage or recycling carts
Missed collection for garbage or recycling
Special collections, as follows:
- Household items, more than 1 cubic yard - $50 charge
- Construction debris, less than 2 cubic yards - $42.50 per cubic yard
- Brush, less than 2 cubic yards (Not collected during winter months.)
Vacant lot clean ups
Street and alley sweeping
Snow plowing and icy road conditions

Pay Parking Citation Online
Pay your parking tickets/citations conveniently online with a credit card 24/7. A $2 fee is imposed on each transaction.

Purchase second 4-month period or 2012 annual night parking permits online with MasterCard or Visa beginning APRIL 20, 2012. A confirmation number will allow you to park up to seven (7) days until your permit arrives in the mail. A $2.25 convenience fee will be applied.

Pay Water/Municipal Services Bill Online Pay your Municipal Services Bill Online through the Milwaukee Water Works Customer Service website.
