This is the first market analysis completed in the area since before the Great Recession. This report details demand for retail, dining, service, office, industrial, and residential development and prioritizes locations within the Near West Side that have the greatest potential for success. The analysis was the results on strong quantitative analysis as well as numerous stakeholder interviews.
