Plan Amendments
- Housing Element - adopted as an element of the Citywide Policy Plan by Common Council on July 15, 2025
- Milwaukee Climate & Equity Plan - adopted as an element of the Citywide Policy Plan by Common Council on June 20, 2023
- Industrial Land Analysis - adopted as an element of the Citywide Policy Plan by Common Council on September 21, 2021
The Citywide Policy Plan was approved by the Common Council on March 2, 2010. The Citywide Policy Plan meets the requirements of Wisconsin’s Smart Growth Law. The Citywide Policy Plan contains policies for all nine state-required elements.
