MPD needs to provide ongoing training regarding the goal, practices, and outcomes associated with Department members on EIP.

Current:

Since 2008, Standard Operating Procedure 440 – EIP has been published since EIP implementation. The written directive can be revised and updated as changes and enhancements occur. May 2017 is the last revision available to all department members on the Department’s Intranet. On September 21, 2011, City of Milwaukee EAP Coordinator Cris Zamora was featured in a roll call video introducing the Employee Assistance Program.
