Municipal Court
The Milwaukee Municipal Court is on the first floor of the Police Administration Building located at 951 North James Lovell Street on the southwest corner of the intersection of North James Lovell and West State Streets.
Parking is available on the street, in MacArthur Square and in various lots around the Police Administration Building. The Milwaukee Municipal Court does not validate parking.
Enter the building on the ground level on North James Lovell Street. Take the stairs or the elevator up one level and proceed through the security station. Check in with the receptionist at Window 1.
All in-custody hearings will be heard in the Municipal Intake Courtroom which is in Room 134 of the Criminal Justice Facility located at 949 North 9th Street. This building is located two blocks to the west of the Milwaukee Municipal Court.
