2017 Milwaukee Water Week
Celebrate Milwaukee Water Week! The City of Milwaukee's sustainability plan - ReFresh Milwaukee - set goals for the City around water. One of those goals was establishing Milwaukee as America's Water Centric City.
So we are launching this effort around the 2017 United Nations World Water Day - which is March 22, 2017. Every day that week, the City of Milwaukee will be partnering with some of the amazing water organizations here in Milwaukee to recognize all the public, private and non-profit efforts in the city to make Milwaukee a Water Centric City.
All Water Week events are free and open to the public (although there is a small fee associated with the bus tour). So please join us for 1, or all 5 days, and learn how Milwaukee is working to become America's Water Centric City!
Click on the links below for more information and to RSVP. All events (except for the bus tour) are free and every event is open to the public!
