Erica Roberts New Position
“Commissioner Erica Roberts of the Department of Neighborhood Services has chosen to take on a new role in my administration. Starting on November 13, 2023, Erica will serve as Policy and Administration Manager in the Information Technology Management Division of the Department of Administration.
“Erica’s new position will play a key role in setting direction and oversight for information technology in city government. She will work alongside the city’s Chief Information Officer, David Henke, in this effort.”
For most of the past twenty-five years, Roberts has worked in various front-line and management positions in Neighborhood Services. She has served as Commissioner for the past four years.
“I look forward to the new career challenges ahead for me, and I appreciate the backing Mayor Johnson has provided. This new role is an opportunity to continue my service to Milwaukee in a supportive and respectful environment,” Roberts said.
