The Field Supervisor will be responsible for guiding a group of approximately six Summer Youth Internship Programs participating in Mayor Barret;s Earn and Learn Program for high school students age 16-19 through an introductory eight week examination of City Planning neighborhood development, data collection and youth engagement.
Under the Supervision of the Program Coordinator, Team Leaders are responsible for approximately 20 high school aged interns in the Mayor Barrett's Earn & Learn Summer Youth Internship Program. Team Leaders work as mentors and educators, guiding youth through their first work experiences.
