It's time to get your children ready for a healthy start to the school year! Each year, the City of Milwaukee Health Department and partners welcome thousands to the annual Back-to-School Health Fairs for free school-required immunizations as well as health screenings and services such as blood lead tests, vision screenings, blood pressure and blood sugar checks along with health care information and local resources.
Children who have an up-to-date vaccination record or who receive vaccinations and lead testing at the fair will receive a FREE backpack and school supplies!
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive health screenings and services. Children must be present to receive backpacks and supplies.

Health Screenings and Services
At each Back-to-School Health Fair, children will be able to receive FREE school-required immunizations. Please bring your child's shot record with you if you have it. Additional health screenings and services include health checks, blood lead tests, vision screening, blood pressure checks and blood sugar checks.
Partner agencies will be providing information and resources around a variety of health, education, and other services, including dental care. Free haircuts will be provided courtesy of Anthem BlueCross and BlueShield!
