JobLines—Routes 6 and 61—is a joint initiative among MCTS, BHCW (Black Health Coalition of Wisconsin) and MICAH (Milwaukee Inner-city Congregations Allied for Hope) connecting Milwaukee residents with suburban job opportunities.
