2023 Personal Property Return

Deadline: March 1, 2023

In December 2022, businesses with personal property accounts will be sent a letter requesting the 2023 personal property return.  A copy of the return form will be included with the letter.  Forms are to be completed, signed and returned to the Assessor's Office by March 1, 2023.  Digital versions of the 2023 personal property return form can also be downloaded from our website - formats include Excel, fillable PDF, and PDF.

Personal Property Return Forms

This form is to be filled out by all businesses per Wisconsin State Statute section 70.35 and returned to the Assessor's Office annually by March 1.

Agent Authorization

An agent authorization file is required to be on file with the Assessor's Office if someone other than the property owner is to handle property assessment affairs.
