The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works (DPW) is planning a paving project on W. Vine Street from N. 60th Street to N. 53rd Street, scheduled for construction in 2025. In addition to the paving project, DPW is also proposing the installation of two raised crosswalks in the neighborhood. To discuss both projects, we are hosting an in-person Public Involvement Meeting on Monday, March 17 from 6 to 7 p.m. at St. Sebastian Parish, 5400 W. Washington Blvd. The meeting will begin with a formal presentation at 6 p.m., followed by opportunities for residents to share feedback and ask questions. St. Sebastian Parish is an accessible facility. Reasonable accommodations, of an auxiliary aid or service required due to a disability, for a City of Milwaukee event will be provided upon request.
