Live/In-Person Landlord Training

Time:9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Location:Anderson Lake Tower, 4001 S 6th St, 3rd floor. It is a workday, so parking around the building will likely be limited. There are two lots just east of the tower accessed by Norwich Street and on 6th Street.
The classes are FREE and held on a regular basis throughout the year at various locations. They are held on evenings and weekends to accommodate virtually anyone's schedule. The classes are generally either one (1) five hour session in one day or two (2) 2.5 hour sessions for two nights/days. Attendees get a free 100 page comprehensive manual and handouts on a variety of legal and business issues related to managing a property. You may want to bring materials to take notes.
