In-Person Landlord Training, Wednesday

Time:9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Location:Anderson Lake Tower, 4001 S 6th St, Milwaukee, WI. 3rd Floor. There is little parking around the building as it is a business day; there IS ample parking on 6th Street and in the parking lots just east of the tower accessed by Norwich Street.

The classes are FREE and held on a regular basis throughout the year at various locations. They are held as one five-hour session, with an hour Lunchbreak in the middle. Attendees get a free 100+ page comprehensive manual and handouts on a variety of legal and business issues related to managing a property. Bringing your own materials to take notes, AND a printed copy of the QUIZ ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED! You will receive a 5-hour training program, informative manual and certificate of completion if requirements are met.
