Live Landlord Training, Saturday

Location:Anderson Lake Tower, 4001 S 6th St, Milwaukee, WI. 3rd Floor. There is parking on 6th Street and in the parking lots east of the tower accessed by Norwich Street.
The classes are FREE and held on a regular basis throughout the year at various locations. They are held as one five-hour session, with an hour Lunchbreak in the middle. Attendees get a free 100+ page comprehensive manual and handouts on a variety of legal and business issues related to managing a property. Bringing your own materials to take notes, AND a printed copy of the QUIZ IS HIGHLY-ENCOURAGED! You will receive a 5-hour training program, informative manual and certificate of completion if requirements are met.
