Non-profit construction training organizations may be eligible to buy houses priced between $25,000 and $75,000 at a sale price calculated as follows:
Delinquent taxes and fees owed to City (minimum $5,000) + Broker Commission (if applicable) + Customary Closing costs

Property must have been on the market for more than 60 days and be available for investor purchase. In addition to meeting the guidelines, submitting required documents and following the sales process described for non-profit organizations, any construction training organization that wishes to take advantage of this opportunity must meet one of the following criteria:
