                City Real Estate E-newsletter - May 2019

Are you thinking now is the time to spring into action and become a homeowner or purchase your own commercial property for your business? Jump on the opportunity to view our listings of City-Owned Properties, something the Arias-Reyes family took advantage of.

After years of living in the Martin Drive neighborhood the Arias-Reyes family couldn't help but notice the vacant property at 3720-24 W Vliet St. They decided to inquire about it after learning it was owned by the City of Milwaukee. The family always dreamed of owning their own business and this felt like the right opportunity. They ended up purchasing 3720-24 W Vliet St from the City of Milwaukee and are in the process of renovating it to open up a Mexican bakery and deli. They are still working on rehabbing the property but hope to be open by this summer. We look forward to the positive impact this business will bring to the neighborhood!

Before & After 3720-24 W Vliet St
