Vertical Banners

Permits are issued for the temporary display of vertical banners from city street lighting poles. Applications require a list of specific poles to be used and submittal of the proposed design, size and wording on the banner. The application outlines city policy regarding banner content, for example, the city prohibits banners that advertise a business, commercial product or gambling. Banners are not allowed on aluminum poles. The fee for display of vertical banners is $15.00 per pole for one year, with additional fees for renewal. The permittee is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of banners.

Purchase 2013 annual or first 4-month period night parking permits online with MasterCard or Visa beginning December 20, 2012. A confirmation number will allow you to park up to seven (7) days until your permit arrives in the mail. A $2.25 convenience fee will be applied.
