Private Property Owners

Parking Enforcement will assist property owners with vehicles parked illegally on posted private property.

The agent of the property is the person recorded on the City of Milwaukee Neighborhood Services System, or the authorized employee of the agent or owner of the property.

The owner of the property may download the “Application for Citation of Vehicle on Posted Private Property”. The property owner will give the completed form to the Parking Enforcement Officer when the Parking Enforcement Officer arrives to issue the citation.

Property owners who are unable to download or print the form will be able to obtain one from the Parking Enforcement Officer. The owner must be on the scene for the Parking Enforcement Officer to issue citations.

NOTICE: The property owner must produce a driver’s license or state ID to the Parking Enforcement Officer before citations will be issued.

Private Property Agents

Parking Enforcement will assist private property agents with vehicles parked illegally on posted private property.

The agent of the property is the person recorded on the City of Milwaukee Neighborhood Services System, or the authorized employee of the agent or owner of the property.

The property agent will give the completed form to the Parking Enforcement Officer when the Parking Enforcement Officer arrives to issue the citation. Private Property Tenants

Parking Enforcement will assist private property tenants with vehicles parked illegally on posted private property.

The tenant of the property is the person recorded on a valid lease that includes specific parking spaces or areas. The spaces must be marked.

The tenant of the property may download the“Application for Citation of Vehicle on Posted Private Property”. The tenant will give the completed form to the Parking Enforcement Officer when the Parking Enforcement Officer arrives to issue the citation. Tenants who are unable to download or print the form will be able to obtain one from the Parking Enforcement Officer.

The tenant must be on the scene for the Parking Enforcement Officer to issue citations.

NOTICE: The tenant must produce a driver’s license or state ID, as well as a valid lease specifying the parking spaces that are leased to the tenant, to the Parking Enforcement Officer before citations will be issued.
