Requirements of endorsement:

1. The program must address youth physical activity and nutrition

2. The Let's Move! logo may not be used to endorse any commercial product or service.

3. The Let's Move! logo may not be used to solicit funds or other contributions of monetary value.

4. The Let's Move! logo may not be used in any manner that could give rise to the appearance of such endorsement or solicitation;

EXCEPT . . .

      5.   The Let's Move! logo may be used for informational, educational and historical purposes in connection with programs that promote information found on the "Let's Move" web site.

Tasks to be completed prior endorsement:

1. Provide information about program funders or sponsors:

   • Who is the target audience for your program?

   • What is the agenda of the program?

   • How many participants do you expect to attend?

2. Submit your publicity materials to City of Milwaukee for review (click here to send email).

Tasks to be Completed After Event

1. Report the number of participants

2. Share any photos, videos, or media coverage of the event
