The MHD collaborated with the Milwaukee-Waukesha County Consortium for Emergency Public Health Preparedness and Independence First to host an H1N1 Summit on September 25. The Summit provided an up-to-date overview of H1N1 and best practices around preventing and treating the flu.This Summit stressed the importance of community and faith agencies working within their communities to spread accurate information about H1N1 and prevention and treatment options.
The Milwaukee Health Department presentation from this summit will be available in the near future. Please check back.
