HOW TO VIEW YOUR TRAINING HISTORY (R. 11/14/11)

  1. Login to Self-Service: Go to https://cmil.mycmsc.com/ and click on HRMS PRD 9.1
  2. Click on Enterprise Learning Result TrackingReview Training Summary.
  3. You will see Find an Existing Value.
  4. Click the Search button and you will see the list of in-house training programs you completed OR are currently enrolled in.
  5. Click on the Show All Columns icon next to the Session tab. If you registered for an upcoming in-house training program (sponsored by Employee Relations), your Status will be Enrolled.
  6. You can download your course history to MS Excel. Click on the download icon.
  7. Important! Always “sign out” when you are done with self service (upper right-hand corner).

The list includes all in-house training programs sponsored by the Department of Employee Relations from 1997 – present, as well as courses where you received tuition reimbursement (1997 – 2009). All ‘2010 and courses taken for which you applied for and received tuition reimbursement will be found under Self Service, the same section where you complete an application for reimbursement. IF YOU FORGOT YOUR SELF-SERVICE PASSWORD OR DON'T KNOW IF YOU HAVE ONE:

  1. Click on the following link to login to self-service: https://cmil.mycmsc.com/ then click on HRMS PRD 9.1
  2. Click on "forgot your password?"
  3. In the box, type in your 6-digit Employee ID Number and click Continue
  4. If a security question comes up, type in the answer. If a security question does not come up, please go the next set of instructions below.
  5. Click on "E-mail New Password."
  6. A temporary password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that was displayed at the top of the page.
  7. When you receive the temporary password, go back to the self service login page, type in your User ID and the temporary Password.
    • TIP: When you receive the temporary password, copy and paste it to the Password box to avoid making a typo.
    • After you login, change the password as soon as possible. Also, please set-up the Forgot Your Password in self-service (see the General Instructions document, page 1).

 

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

  1. Go to the Request IT Support Web site at www.milwaukee.gov/rits 
  2. Fill out the form completely.
    • Where it says "Department" click on the drop-down arrow, find your department and select it.
    • Where it says "Which Application?" click on the drop-down arrow and select Self Service.
    • Where it says "Assistance Needed" it should say Password/Login Problem.
    • Where it says "Request Summary" type please reset self service password.
    • In the last box, "Description of the Request," again, type please reset self service password.
  3. Click the Submit button after you have filled out the Form.
  4. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you shortly.
    • When you receive the temporary password, copy and paste it to the Password box to avoid making a typo.
    • Once you are able to login, please set-up the "Forgot Your Password" in self-service (see General Self Service Instructions, page 1).
