The practice leader, Ms. Gnas is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and holds a Masters in Educational Psychology (M.S.) with an emphasis in counseling, education and training in the community. With many years of experience in learning representation styles, she is able to determine not only how an individual will process learned information, but also that individual’s ability to adapt to change. Ms. Gnas also holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with extensive knowledge in Organizational and Behavioral Development. This knowledge helps to unite an individual’s goal within a career context.

Ms. Gnas provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to a wide variety of companies, clients and their dependents. Affiliated with major healthcare organizations, she possesses over twenty years experience as a Psychotherapist in Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse treatment in Southeastern Wisconsin. Ms. Gnas’s clinical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused. Helping people identify strengths, goals, and change behaviors. Ms. Gnas is also well-qualified as a Coach; coaching business professionals further their professional goals.
