INJURY PAY (Chapter 350-37)

The following applies unless covered by a contract elsewhere.

When a non-probationary employee sustains an injury while within the scope of employment, as provided by ch.102, Wis. Stats., and as determined by workers’ compensation, the employee shall receive 66.67% of full salary as injury pay in lieu of worker’s compensation for the period of time the employee is temporarily, totally or temporarily partially disabled because of the injury, not to exceed 250 working days during an employee’s career with the City.  For Form C-139RS, go to www.milwaukee.gov.forms.
