You can register with the State of Wisconsin for the Governor's Challenge at http://www.wisconsinchallenge.org/. The challenge allows you to set up an activity log, earn awards and offers tools to help you keep physically fit. The challenge provides two activity levels: an Active Lifestyle program for those starting out, and a Presidential Champions for those already active and looking for new challenge.
Aurora Health Services provides the Get Moving Wisconsin site at http://www.aurorahealthcare.org/services/business/getmoving/index.asp . There is a great deal of valuable information about opportunities available for employers starting an active lifestyle program at the workplace that can also be used by employees.
