Dec. 3 - Officers with the Fugitive Apprehension Unit of the Neighborhood Task Force have arrested another one of Milwaukee’s 10 Most Wanted. Felando Davis was arrested on December 2, in a house in the 2500 block of N. 19th Street. Davis was wanted for Substantial Battery while Armed (Habitual Criminality) for an incident that happened in the 2800 block of N. 45th Street on March 28.
