Sex Offender Residency Restrictions

On July 22, 2014, the Common Council passed a law relating to residency restrictions and loitering regulations for sex offenders, and it took effect on October 7, 2014. More information is available on a handout prepared by the city relating to its implementation. For additional questions, you can call my office at the number to the right.
