Food Manager Certification
Per City Ordinances and the Wisconsin Food Code, each licensed restaurant and food establishment that processes potentially hazardous food must have at least one manager or operator certified in food protection practices within 90 days after a business opens. In the City of Milwaukee, the certificate holder must be on the premises when there are more than five food handlers working.
In the City of Milwaukee, in order to renew a food protection practices certificate, the certificate holder must satisfactorily pass a Conference for Food Protection accredited examination

If you’ve lost your certificate, and have an e-mail address, you can have a duplicate e-mailed to you for free.
