The City of Milwaukee is offering you the services of experienced personal coaches. If you are interested in Coaching Services, please contact one of the coaches listed below directly. Before you attend your first session you must complete and submit the following form to Training & Development Services. click here for the form (MS Word doc). This only needs to be done once.
You can use your ***Tuition Benefit (if you are eligible) to work one-on-one with a personal coach! Participants using their tuition benefit to pay for the coaching will not have to pay out-of-pocket. Login to employee self-service to check your available balance. DO NOT complete an online tuition reimbursement application for these coaching services.
IMPORTANT REMINDER! Employees must remain in service for a 6-month period after the successful completion date of approved courses, seminars or conferences or the amount will be deducted from the employee’s final paycheck. You will not receive reimbursement if you leave prior to completion. Employees of Local 215, MPFFA, must remain in service for a 1-year period.
Exceptions are: Retirements, transfers to MPS, positions eliminated due to budget cuts, or tuition reimbursement used by employee at the department’s request.
