Certified Plans/Private Builders

DCD has pre-approved the following home designs by private builders. The houses conform to our design standards and are appropriate for most City-owned vacant lots ranging from 25 to 50 feet in width.

See the individual lot listings for more information on the appropriate house size and style for your selected lot. Design selection is subject to City approval.
