The costs below are typical for an "average" single family or duplex, or unit costs for standard conditions.
The costs are the averages and conditions on each property may be different. For example, the average single family rehab uses about $1,000 for floor coverings. Obviously, this does not mean all the floors can be carpeted and new vinyl installed for $1,000!
