Find a licensed real estate agent through the Wisconsin Realtors Association or the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.

Find a lender. Shop around; rates are low and competitive. Research interest rates.

Check with WHEDA and Milwaukee's Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation to see if you qualify for low interest loans.
