Situated within a well-established residential neighborhood less than five minutes from downtown, Walnut Circle is easily accessible by both public transportation and the freeway.

There are 29 single family lots available in the Walnut Circle Subdivision. The subdivision will contain all new public improvements – sewer, water, lighting, sidewalks and landscaping. Reserve early to get your choice of available lots!

At Walnut Circle, you have the option to build your new home with either of two experienced home builders: Encore Homes (a division of Cross Development) and Kuhs Quality Homes. A number of different models are available, and each can be customized to meet your specifications.

After selecting a Walnut Circle builder and a model home, work directly with your selected builder to reserve a lot.

You will need to provide a pre-qualification form from your lender to verify that you have the necessary financing for the purchase and construction of a new home.

Once the lot is reserved, you will have 45 days to close on the sale of your lot and begin construction of your new home.
