THE BREWERY

THE BREWERY is a new 20 acre development on the site of the former Pabst Brewery, which closed in 1996.

When completed, this Joseph J. Zilber historic
redevelopment
will include a variety of residential, office and retail uses. The developers are working with the City's Office of Environmental Sustainability on green-building efforts and anticipate that THE BREWERY will be the first sustainable neighborhood certified by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED.
