Esser Paint

 The proposed redevelopment at the Esser Paint Factory will catalyze the transition of the Walnut Hill neighborhood from industrial to residential uses in accordance with the Washington Park and Corridor Economic Development plans. The preferred plan for Esser and adjacent lots will provide a blend of quality rental and homeowner units.
