Century City Business Park

 The Century City site is the signature catalytic site in the corridor’s economic revitalization, with the proposed plan seeking to balance the needs of current and future businesses, as well as those of the existing neighborhood residents. The plan incorporates new green space, transportation improvements, and new retail and residential amenities for the business park and surrounding community.

A proposed greenway concept along Hopkins Street will serve as an aesthetic and landmarking feature with commuter friendly open space and a passive storm water management system.

Infrastructure enhancements will anticipate the needs of today's businesses: high-speed internet, integrated stormwater management and a large capacity for power, water, and gas. Beginning in 2013, parcels ranging in size from 3 to 20+ acres will be available for businesses looking to locate or expand in the City of Milwaukee.
